This introduction special includes one 45-minute virtual conversation and one 45-minute virtual workout.
In the first session, we’ll talk about your health and fitness goals, discuss your body weight, and how STRONGER can help you in your journey.
Next steps would be to schedule your virtual workout, which will include a 30-minute workout and steps to plan a weekly workout with STRONGER.
This will allow you to get to know STRONGER, as well as our training style — virtually.
This introduction special includes two 45-minute sessions.
The first session, we’ll talk about your health and fitness goals, check weight, body fat, and body measurements, as well as a 15-20 minute workout.
Second session will include a 30-minute workout that will be geared toward goals in the previous session followed by scheduling weekly workouts to achieve your health and fitness goals.
This will allow you to get to know STRONGER, as well as our training style.
One of the most difficult things on any fitness journey is finding the proper balance in your meals. By focusing only on your nutrition, we’ll create the perfect plan for your goals and lifestyle. This will let us come up with a strategy that will leave you feeling leaner, stronger, and energized!
At our initial meeting, we’ll write down body fat percentage, weight, and BMI. We will also take your before pictures in gym clothes and take body measurements. Once you start following our plan, we’ll have daily meal check-ins and weekly calls. We’ll also have a longer progress discussion to talk about your results every 4 weeks.
From healthy, nutrient-full recipe ideas to meal-prepping tips, we’ll tackle all your doubts. We’ll be with you every step of the way to keep you accountable and help you stay on top of your meals!
