Wow, where to start. I have worked with Priscilla/Stronger on so many different occasions and all have been amazing experiences so I feel the need to comment.
The first time I worked with Priscilla, it was during a squatting seminar that she held to teach a group of us the fundamentals. At this point in time I knew I wanted to begin weight lifting but I was really intimidated. Priscilla was so attentive to each of us in the group and we really got one-on-one attention… That one session gave me the confidence I needed to begin that part of my fitness journey
I also joined Stronger’s group workouts which I feel are the perfect way to get that personal training in without breaking the bank (I was a full-time student). And while the workouts are absolutely amazing and work every dollar, the most memorable parts were when Priscilla and the other group members would share their triumphs and struggles of their own fitness journey. Priscilla is very transparent about what her own insecurities used to be and how she’s overcome them
A few months ago I moved states and after the move I found myself no longer working out and my good eating habits went out the door. My energy levels were all over the place and I was pretty unhappy with myself. I finally decided to take action and work with Stronger to improve my nutrition. I’ve been working on my nutrition with Priscilla for about a month and a half and I’m amazed. My energy levels have improved, my bowel movements are regular (sorry tmi), my cravings are low and I’ve lost 5+ pounds….. on just diet alone! I’m not going to lie, I was hesitant about whether or not a long distance nutrition program would work for me but Priscilla is so consistent in her communication with me that I feel fully supported in this part of my journey.
There is so much more I could say but I feel like I’m getting carpel tunnel now.
